• Participate in 24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage as part of a collaborative pulmonary and critical care team.
• Flexible schedule: 4–5 days per week with no on-call requirements.

Overview

Independent Health System seeking a Pulmonologist to work in Findlay, OH (approximately 1.5 hours from Detroit). Four‑day workweek and a $100,000 sign‑on. The organization is a non‑profit health system with more than 3,000 associates serving an eight‑county area. Responsibilities

• Predominantly outpatient pulmonary practice with hospital‑based clinic located adjacent to the ICU.
• Perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including:
• Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)
• Robotic bronchoscopy
• Thoracentesis
• Chest tube placement
• Central line placement
• Ventilator management
• Participate in 24/7 in‑house hospitalist coverage as part of a collaborative pulmonary and critical care team with strong specialty support.
• Join a physician‑led culture with local decision‑making in an independent health system.
• Flexible schedule: 4–5 days per week with no on‑call requirements.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology.
• Ability to hold an Ohio State medical license.

Benefits and Compensation

• Base salary: $500,000 – $550,000 per year
• Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
• Signing bonus: $100,000 (disbursed $50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
