Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) seeks a Pulmonologist to join our growing Pulmonary Medicine team in the Atlanta area. This role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care, including critical care and procedural opportunities, with emphasis on collaborative, patient-centered care.

Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine is required, along with an unrestricted Georgia medical license and ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Board certification required within 24 months of eligibility.
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
• Current ACLS certification (unless exempt by practice location).
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and/or inpatient pulmonary care.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform pulmonary consultations and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practice.
• Work within an integrated healthcare system that emphasizes coordinated, patient-centered care.
