The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Pulmonologist to join a growing team providing inpatient and outpatient pulmonary, critical care, and procedural work. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and work with multidisciplinary teams to manage respiratory diseases.

Board certification/eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine is required with Georgia licensure, ACLS, and a commitment to quality improvement within an integrated health system.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine.
  • Board certification required within 24 months of eligibility.
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
  • Current ACLS certification (unless exempt by practice location).
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient and/or inpatient pulmonary care.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform pulmonary consultations and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practice.
  • Work within an integrated healthcare system that emphasizes coordinated, patient-centered care.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. More than 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners work together in a unique integrated care model to provide high-quality care to Kaiser Permanente members. Our focus is on long-term health, prevention, evidence-based medicine, and exceptional patient outcomes.

TSPMG currently seeks an additional pulmonologist to join our growing team of seven physicians. Enjoy a mix of inpatient and outpatient pulmonary, critical care, and an opportunity to utilize your procedural skills. Your outpatient experience would be geared towards caring for patients in the southern metro-Atlanta region. Our group values collaboration and focuses on a healthy work life balance.

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonologist to join our growing Pulmonary Medicine team.
