Job summary

Valley Health Systems, Inc., the parent company of Holyoke Medical Center and Holyoke Medical Group, seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician to join our medical staff in Western Massachusetts.

The physician will provide comprehensive pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with primary care physicians and other specialists to improve access to specialized care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary Disease and/or Critical Care Medicine.
• Current Massachusetts MD or DO license or eligibility to obtain.
• Fellowship training in Pulmonary Disease and/or Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine; Sleep Medicine fellowship/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine services.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory and sleep disorders.
• Work collaboratively with primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare team.
• Deliver care in both inpatient and outpatient settings and expand access to services.

Valley Health Systems, Inc., the parent company of Holyoke Medical Center and Holyoke Medical Group, provides a broad range of physician services in offices conveniently located throughout Western Massachusetts.Services include specialty practices, adult primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and walk-in care.

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician to join our medical staff and provide comprehensive pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine services. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of respiratory and sleep-related disorders while working collaboratively with primary care physicians, specialists, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings and to help expand access to specialized pulmonary and sleep medicine services within the community.

REQUIREMENTS: Current license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an MD or DO; B oard certification or board eligibility in Pulmonary Disease and/or Critical Care Medicine; completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine; Fellowshiptraining in Pulmonary Disease and/or Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine with additional fellowship training or board certification/eligibility in Sleep Medicine
