Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts seeks a Physician Pulmonologist with Sleep Medicine training to provide outpatient and inpatient care. You will diagnose and treat pulmonary diseases and sleep disorders, and participate in on-call coverage with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include MD or DO, Internal Medicine Residency, Pulmonary Disease Fellowship, Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine, and an unrestricted license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
• Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Disease Fellowship.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care and inpatient call coverage.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pulmonary diseases and sleep disorders.
• Evaluate and manage sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome.
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists, nurses and other specialists.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
