The Position

MarinHealth | UCSF Health Pulmonary Medicine

We are looking for a fantastic pulmonologist to join us for both succession planning and growth in our highly respected pulmonary practice. Our exceptional pulmonologists treat a wide range of conditions including shortness of breath, chronic cough, asthma, COPD, emphysema, lung cancer, pleurisy, blood vessel disorders in the lungs, and obstructive sleep apnea. Our clinic is located in Larkspur with a comprehensive PF Lab located at our medical center. This opportunity is open to physicians who wish to practice outpatient Pulmonary Medicine, with the possibility of Interventional Pulmonology or Sleep Medicine. There are additional opportunities for critical care shifts.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O.
• Completion of Pulmonary Medicine or Interventional Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship preferred. Sleep Medicine is a plus.
• ABOS board certification or eligibility (with intent to become certified within one year) is required.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
• Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.
• Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $350,000 - $500,000. The final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules.
• Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements
