Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Pulmonary in Naperville, IL. This full-time role involves phone triage, patient education and coordinating care, with travel to other locations as needed.

The position requires current Illinois RN licensure, AHA CPR certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Office RN and BSN are preferred; lifting up to 40 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter able to handle periods of high stress.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform phone triage, patient education and clinical assessments.
• Manage immediate and ongoing patient needs with acute and preventive care.
• Coordinate glucose monitor placement, testing, pre-authorization and referrals.
• Keep exam rooms clean and stocked.
