Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for Pulmonary care at our Naperville, IL location. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, plus travel to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound telephone triage, patient education, glucose monitor placement, and coordinating referrals and pre-authorizations. Requires strong English communication and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure is required.
• Current CPR certification (AHA) is required.
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Ability to work under high stress and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone triage, patient education, and glucose monitor placement; manage insurance pre-authorizations and referrals; maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
