Qualificações

• Illinois Nursing License is required.
• Pulmonary care or respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, organizational and communication skills.
• Position involves physical activity; ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Provide reports/recommendations; admit/transfer/discharge residents; lead unit staff.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with inter-departmental staff.
• Monitor safety practices in equipment and supplies usage.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
