You will work a 40-hour daytime schedule, collaborating with pulmonary physicians and respiratory therapists, room patients, perform immunizations, and deliver patient teaching. This role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and fostering a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide proficient patient care for complex cases on a pulmonary unit.
• Assume expanded charge nurse responsibilities and mentor new staff.
• Coordinate care with pulmonary physicians and respiratory therapists.
• Room patients, administer immunizations, and provide patient teaching.
• Work full-time on day shift, Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays.
