• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline OR Master's degree and 3-5 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Program Management/Leadership and Education Management – collaborates with leadership to lead and implement strategies for alignment of the Program with the CCHMC mission and vision.
• Personnel Mgmt. – manage reporting personnel, recruitment, on-boarding, development, training, and performance evaluation.
• Process/Quality Improvement – identify, develop, and implement new methods to improve and facilitate the team’s work.
• Operations Mgmt. – direct and coordinate daily operations of programs, ensuring efficient operations and regulatory compliance.
