  • 1-2 years of experience in a pulmonary rehabilitation or related setting.
  • Strong understanding of pulmonary diseases and conditions, as well as evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Current CPR certification and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily operations of our pulmonary program, including scheduling and managing therapy sessions, patient assessments, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with pulmonary diseases and conditions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on pulmonary rehabilitation techniques, disease management, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Conduct patient assessments, including pulmonary function tests, and interpret results to inform treatment plans
  • Document patient progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize treatment outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
