UCSF is recruiting outstanding physicians, physician-scientists and scientists to join the Pulmonary Division of the Department of Medicine at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Appointments at Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level based on experience, with a strong independent pulmonary research program and teaching responsibilities for medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications

• MD and/or PhD required; physician-scientists with independent pulmonary research program.
• Minimum of three years research experience.
• Strong research program in pulmonary or cardiovascular diseases.

Responsabilités

• Attend on the Pulmonary services at ZSFG and engage in teaching of medical students, residents, and pulmonary-critical care fellows.
• Maintain a robust research program as a member of the Pulmonary – ZSFG research community.
• Possibly focus on medical education and advancing clinical care.
