Job summary

Join Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus in Cleveland for a Patient Care Nurse Assistant role in the Pulmonary/Integrated Care unit. You will assist with bedside care, monitoring, and transfers under RN supervision in a high-acuity setting.

Candidates should have a HS diploma and BLS, with STNA preferred. Work involves day/night shifts, rotating as needed, and a commitment to patient-centered care in a leading health system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS Certification through AHA or American Red Cross is required or must be obtained within the new hire period.
• Military experience as Hospital Corpsman (HM), Combat Medic (68W) or MST (4N0X1) may be considered.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with bedside care and vital signs, weight checks, personal care, and specimen collection.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN.
• Assist with patient transfers and discharges as needed.
• Maintain room cleanliness and supply readiness.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

BLS Certification through AHA or American Red Cross

Military experience (HM/68W/4N0X1) considered

STNA Certification (preferred)
