Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and patient education.
• Manage medication refills and new consult evaluations.
• Support clinical and clerical duties to assist the care team.
