Job summary

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, BLS/CPR certification, and CMA or equivalent certification within six months; zero to two years experience; strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification in CMA, RMA, NCCT, NHA, or NRCMA with eligibility to obtain within six months.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• Zero to two years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures efficient patient flow through the site, prepares exam rooms, takes vital signs, documents visit details, and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Assists practitioners with procedures (ECG, venipuncture, immunizations) and sets up procedure trays.
• Stocking and maintaining exam rooms, inventory, and supplies; adheres to safety and cleaning protocols.
• Interacts with patients professionally to support satisfaction and effective care coordination.
• Performs delegated procedures safely and in line with protocols; supports the care team as needed.
