Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is recruiting for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the inpatient team at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Atlanta, GA. This full-time 40-hour per week position includes working weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading pulmonary program.

You will collaborate with physicians and other APPs to evaluate and treat pulmonary patients, document in medical records, and participate in creating

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program with national certification.
• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Georgia with national certification, or PA licensure with NB certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in evaluation and treatment of pulmonary inpatients.
• Take patient histories and perform physical examinations.
• Write orders, progress notes, consults, admissions and discharge summaries.
• Order and schedule diagnostic/therapeutic procedures for patients.
• Interpret lab results and radiographic studies.
