Job summary

Baylor College of Medicine is seeking an Instructor (Physician Assistant) for the Department of Medicine - Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Baylor St. Luke's Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. The role focuses on advanced practice in the medical ICU.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies accepted based on terminal degree requirements at time of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed history and perform physical examinations.
• Perform, order, and interpret diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
• Maintain records and write orders and progress notes in patient charts.
