Position Overview

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician to join our well-established team in Chicago’s western suburbs. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in pulmonary medicine and sleep medicine.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse team of 10 pulmonary, interventional pulmonary, and sleep physicians, 5 APNs, and a sleep psychologist, treating a wide spectrum of sleep disorders and pulmonary services (Peds, Neuro, Pulmonary, Interventional Pulmonary).
• Utilize a robust in-house interventional service, comprehensive lung cancer screening, and advanced sleep and breathing disorder management.
• Participate in dedicated ILD and transplant clinics, multidisciplinary tumor board, ILD, and dyspnea conferences.
• Split the opportunity 70% Sleep Medicine and 30% Pulmonary, with no critical care duties.

Work Locations and Schedule

• Outpatient clinics in Geneva, Winfield, and Naperville, IL.
• Inpatient rounds at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital, Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital, and Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital.
• Equal call schedule among physicians.
