Pulmonary Disease Physician Job with Northwell in Manhasset, NY

Position Overview

The Northwell Health Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine is seeking a board-certified Pulmonologist to join a growing practice. The practice includes six full-time physicians and two nurse practitioners, with established offices in New Hyde Park, Woodbury, and a new location in Howard Beach, Queens. The role involves outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consultations at LIJMC and NSUH, and optional procedures such as bronchoscopy and thoracentesis. Rotation in the New Hyde Park office is available. The hospital’s ICUs are managed by a hospitalist group. Rotating weekend call is included.

Qualifications
  • Completed an ACGME-accredited residency and board certification in Pulmonary Medicine.
  • Fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine preferred; sleep medicine certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, management, and collaborative skills.
  • Recent experience with current pulmonary techniques and methods.
