Pulmonary Disease - Critical Care Physician Job with Sanford Health in ND

Sanford Health has an immediate opening for a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join a well-established practice in Fargo, North Dakota, consisting of 5 Pulmonary/Critical Care Physicians and 4 Physician Assistants.

Practice Details

Pulmonary:

• Pulmonary Clinic operates 5 days/week
• Provides hospital consultation services
• Pulmonary lab located in the same facility as the clinic
• Utilizes ION Robotic Bronchoscopy / EBUS; Interventional Bronchoscopy including APC/Cryo and stenting

Critical Care Medicine:

• Serves as the regional referral center at Sanford Fargo Medical Center
• Manages 2 ICUs 24/7 with 45 ICU beds
• Three intensivists during the day and a fourth at night
• Provides primary ICU care and consultative services
• Average patient load: 10 patients per day per intensivist
• Rotating shifts between day and night
• Teaching responsibilities with the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, involving Internal Medicine and Transitional Year residents
