Pulmonary Disease - Critical Care Physician Job with Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK

Utica Park Clinic Critical Care is seeking a BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join the largest team of pulmonary and critical care providers in Tulsa, OK, providing care at Hillcrest Medical Center, a 626-bed tertiary referral hospital recognized for its quality outcomes.

This collegial team is committed to exceeding quality benchmarks while delivering exceptional and compassionate patient care. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Team Overview:

• Join 11 physicians, 8 inpatient/ICU APPs, 2 outpatient APPs, and experienced support staff
• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Schedule:
• 1 week of ICU/month (Monday-Sunday, 7a-7p) with an optional day off afterward
• 1 week of inpatient pulmonary (Monday-Friday, 7a-7p)
• 2 weeks of outpatient pulmonary (with one day for procedures and 0.5 day of administrative time weekly)
• 43-bed ICU with an average patient load of 12-15 per shift
• Required skills include managing tubes, lines, and intubations
• Coverage includes dayshift with 3 physicians and 2 APPs, and nightshift with 2 APPs
• Shared physician night call; very rare to return to the facility
• Outpatient clinic located on Hillcrest Medical Center campus
• Robust Lung Cancer Screening Program managed by a Navigator
