Qualifications

• MD or DO Medical Degree
• Board certified (or board eligible) in pulmonary & critical care or in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in the State of Georgia
• United States Residency and Fellowship trained
