Endeavor Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join our physician-led team at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role features rotating shifts with call and about 34 clinical hours.

You will deliver comprehensive care across inpatient and outpatient settings, participate in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care for a diverse patient population and mentor learners.
• Full-spectrum Pulmonary and Critical Care: outpatient, inpatient consults, and ICU coverage.
• Collaborate with thoracic surgery, oncology, infectious disease, cardiology and sleep medicine.
• Bronchoscopy and procedural opportunities available.
• State-of-the-art ICUs and pulmonary diagnostic facilities.
• EPIC EMR with dedicated APP support.
• Opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership.

What you will do
