CommonSpirit Health's St. Joseph Medical Group in Bryan-College Station, TX is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver inpatient and outpatient care for complex pulmonary conditions in a busy community-focused practice.

Work on a team of 4 physicians and 4 APPs with a rotating 7 on/7 off schedule (12-hour shifts days and nights). Epic EMR is used. The role offers a competitive base salary with incentives, CME allowance, PTO, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• NP or PA certification required.
• Unrestricted Texas license or ability to obtain before employment.
• 2 years of experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of 4 physicians and 4 APPs.
• Experience rotating across ICU, hospital, and clinic settings.
• Rotating 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour day and night shifts.
• Use Epic EMR for documentation.
