You will manage 10–12 patients per day, perform admissions, rounds, and discharges under physician supervision, in a 7-on/7-off schedule to support work-life balance. The role requires ACNP/PA board certification, Texas licensure, and strong inpatient medicine skills.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license or eligibility.

Job Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Active or eligible license in the state of Texas.
• Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine, including comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and management (under physician supervision).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented Hospitalist environment, adapting to a structured 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care and ensuring patient satisfaction within a rapid response team supported model.
• DEA registration or eligibility for registration.
