Job summary

A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Full Cycle Clinical Research Coordinator for pulmonary/respiratory trials. The role requires overseeing daily trial operations, managing patient recruitment, and ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory standards. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, alongside 1–3 years in clinical trials. This is a full-time position located in Ocala, FL, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic team dedicated to improving treatments for chronic pulmonary diseases.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience coordinating clinical trials, preferably in a Pulmonology or Respiratory Medicine setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and study teams.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of clinical trials in Pulmonology.
• Screen, recruit, and enroll eligible patients with respiratory conditions.
• Obtain and document informed consent in compliance with regulations.
• Schedule and conduct study visits, including respiratory assessments.
• Monitor and report adverse events per regulatory timelines.
