Daily duties include reporting changes to the RN supervisor, adhering to the Texas Nursing Practice Act, and educating patients and families while collaborating with the healthcare team. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Nursing field required.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.
• Less than one year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (may be obtained within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and participate in care planning.
• Provide direct nursing care focused on precision, vigilance, and patient safety.
• Note and report changes to the RN supervisor per Texas Nursing Practice Act.
• Educate patients and families; work with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
