Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) for the Pulmonary/Integrated Care unit at the Main Campus in Cleveland. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver compassionate patient care under an RN supervision, with opportunities for education and advancement in a world-class hospital setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, BLS certification, and a willingness to work days from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required or obtained during hire period.
• Nursing students must have BLS prior to hire.
• Military medical experience will be considered.
• Math and reading comprehension at an eighth-grade level.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN, including vitals and daily activities.
• Report abnormal findings to an RN promptly.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
