Health Advocates Network, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pueblo, Colorado to deliver high-quality patient care in a correctional setting. Local pay is $65.00/hour on a W2 basis. We welcome dedicated professionals committed to safe, compassionate care and continuous learning.

Join a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, educate, and monitor patients, ensuring EMR accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Current, valid, and unrestricted CO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
