Job summary

FedEx Office seeks a Pick Up & Delivery Courier to perform pickup and delivery services for stores and customers. You will drive a company vehicle, follow dispatcher routes, and maintain logs while upholding safety rules.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years old with two years of driving experience, and a valid driver's license. You may assist in-store tasks during non-delivery times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years old with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Must meet FedEx Office vehicle requirements.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service for FedEx Office stores and customers.
• Receive and process pickup and delivery information from dispatcher and maintain logs.
• Maintain vehicle condition and comply with safety policies and regulations.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service and resolve issues as needed.
• Perform additional duties within the store during non-delivery periods.
