Publisher Sr. Account Manager, Enterprise

As a Sr. Enterprise Publisher Account Manager you will own strategic relationships with some of Taboola’s most important publisher partners, driving long-term growth, retention, and product adoption. You’ll collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and services teams to deliver meaningful results, both for your clients and for Taboola’s business.

With over 5 years in digital media and publisher development, you bring hands-on experience managing strategic partnerships, owning post-sale success, and driving revenue through upsells, performance analysis, and monetization strategy – all grounded in a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of the publisher landscape.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, revenue-focused role – building trusted relationships with senior publisher stakeholders and acting as a strategic advisor aligned to their long-term business goals, ideally within digital media, ad tech, or a publisher/SSP/DSP environment
  • Proven track record of uncovering and leading upsell opportunities– from identifying client needs to pitching, negotiating, and closing strategic expansions that drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable turning data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Experience driving post-sale client success through engagement strategies, adoption initiatives, and long-term retention

Bonus points if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with header bidding, programmatic yield strategy, or SSP monetization
  • A sophisticated understanding of the publisher landscape and market trends, with experience in performance-driven roles and navigating complex commercial models (e.g., guaranteed RPMs, hybrid rev-share)
How you’ll make an impact:

As a Sr. Enterprise Publisher Account Manager, you will:

  • Own and lead the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of high-value, strategic publishers
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic performance analysis and business planning
  • Shape and execute monetization strategies, guiding implementation and optimization of Taboola’s Feed, Header Bidding, and audience engagement products
  • Lead QBRs and performance reviews, turning complex data into clear, actionable narratives
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Sales, and Services to resolve challenges and accelerate partner success
  • Champion publisher needs internally, helping inform product development and go-to-market strategy
