Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a life science discipline with publications leadership
• Proven ability to oversee diverse publication deliverables and mentor writers
• Experience interacting with pharmaceutical/biotech clients and external authors

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic publication plans aligned with clients' medical and scientific objectives
• Provide scientific oversight and quality review across manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress materials
• Act as the senior scientific point of contact for clients, authors, and key opinion leaders
• Ensure all publications adhere to GPP 2022, ICMJE, and CONSORT guidelines and client SOPs
• Translate complex clinical data into clear, compelling narratives
• Mentor, develop, and review the work of medical writers and scientific staff
• Collaborate with client services and project management to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, and capability presentations
• Stay current on therapeutic area developments and publication trends
