Due to continued growth and increasing demand from both new and existing clients, we are looking for an experienced publications professional to join our Medical Communications team as a Publication Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing business. As one of our senior publications specialists in the US, you will help shape projects, build lasting client partnerships, contribute to business growth, and play a key role in the continued expansion of our Medical Communications offering. As a Publication Manager, you will lead the delivery of publication and medical communications projects from planning through to completion. You will provide strategic guidance to clients, manage project teams, oversee timelines and quality, and ensure deliverables are completed to an exceptional standard. Alongside project leadership, you will contribute to scientific writing, review colleagues' work, provide mentorship and feedback, and support business development activities, including proposal writing, pitching for new work, and identifying opportunities to expand our client relationships. You will be based in our Boston office, established in 2020, or our New York City office, established in 2025.
