Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate light and medium vehicles per license requirements.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Perform manual labor when not driving.
• Empty trash dumpsters daily.
• Mix, load, and deliver ice and snow-melting materials.
• Maintain vehicle in a safe operating condition.
• Follow health and safety codes and keep area clean and secure.
• Respond to Constituent Relationship Management (CMR) cases.
• May use mobile technology to communicate with supervisors.
• Assist other Public Works divisions as needed.
• Work emergencies as directed by the Chief of Streets.
