Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Public Works Technician to join our team in Georgia. You will perform grounds maintenance, operate municipal equipment, mow right of way, plant and fertilize vegetation, and assist with minor repairs and storm cleanup.

Qualifications

• Six months of landscape experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or vocational training.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and meet minimum driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as backhoes, jackhammers, chain saws, mowers and related machinery.
• Mow and trim lawns, remove brush and debris, and maintain rights-of-way.
• Plant and fertilize trees, shrubs and flowers as directed; spray for weeds where needed.
• Perform cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, trash removal and debris hauling.
• Repair sidewalks, resurface roadways, and maintain curbs and crosswalks.
• Assist in general maintenance and minor repairs; support with storm cleanup and signage.
