Civil Science, Inc. seeks a driven Public Works Project Manager to support Utah's municipal infrastructure initiatives, with offices in Salt Lake City or Lehi. You will lead client-facing project delivery, guide interdisciplinary teams, and help expand our Utah practice while building lasting agency relationships.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role in a growing, employee-owned firm. The role demands PE licensure, 8+ years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel across Utah.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public works or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with city, county, or DOT clients.
• Must be able to travel and meet client needs throughout Utah and potentially in surrounding states.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D.
• Strong project management, organizational, and client-relations skills.

Civil Science is seeking a driven and experienced Public Works Project Manager to support and grow our public works practice in Utah (Salt Lake City or Lehi Office).

This is more than a traditional project management role - it's an opportunity to play a key role in a growing market. You'll lead meaningful municipal infrastructure projects that directly impact the communities we serve, while building strong relationships with local agencies and stakeholders.

We're looking for a licensed engineer who thrives in a client-facing role - someone who takes ownership of project delivery, leads collaborative teams, and enjoys guiding projects from concept through completion. What Qualifications You'll Need:

• 8+ years of experience in public works or municipal infrastructure projects

• Experience with city, county, or DOT clients

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D

• Experience delivering transportation and public works infrastructure projects

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment

• Ability to travel and meet client needs throughout Utah and potentially in surrounding states.

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer; lift up to 30 pounds; work on active construction sites with uneven terrain, varying weather conditions, and moderate to high noise levels; and stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
