Job summary

Martin-Harris Construction seeks a Public Works Project Manager to lead our operations team, directing projects from inception to completion while coordinating with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.

Minimum of three years with a Commercial General Contractor is required; public agency project experience (e.g., Clark County School District, UNLV) is preferred. Onsite work at active projects may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in this position with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience on projects for public agencies such as Clark County School District or UNLV is preferred.
• Ability to develop CPM schedules and manage project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and direct all project activities and provide leadership to the project team.
• Develop CPM schedule and ensure alignment with design documents and construction timeline.
• Oversee project budgets and MHC self-performed work; manage subcontractor scopes and agreements.
