Job summary

Florham Park Borough is seeking a full-time laborer for the Public Works Department. A valid New Jersey Class B CDL is preferred or must be obtained within one year of employment; CDL training is provided in-house. Experience with landscaping equipment, snow removal, and tree work or heavy machinery is a plus.

Emergency call-outs, overtime and occasional Saturdays are expected. Starting annual salary is $62,234 (2027) with CDL; applications must be received by November 15, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must pass physical and drug screening.
• NJ Class B CDL preferred or to be obtained within 1 year.
• Experience with landscaping equipment and snow removal.
• Tree work or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
