REQUIREMENTS:
The Public Works Laborer position includes a variety of semi-skilled and skilled-level work in the maintenance of trees and public landscapes, repair and maintenance of streets and sewers, maintenance of public property, and minor carpentry and construction tasks.
The Public Works Laborer position is also responsible for the collection of refuse and bulk items and for the safe operation of vehicles and equipment used in all tasks.
The Public Works Laborer will report to the Arborist, Operations Manager, or Refuse and Organics Manager and will receive daily work assignments and responsibilities from a Public Works Foreman.
