• Provide lead direction, mentoring, training, problem-solving, work assignments for inspectors and senior inspectors; promote City values.
• Plan, organize, manage, and optimize staff in maintenance and repair programs.
• Develop divisional performance measures; monitor productivity and apply improvements.
• Establish standards and monitor program performance to ensure quality.
• Develop annual work plans and manage resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a team-based environment.
• Maintain a culture of safety, excellence, stewardship, and professionalism.
