Job summary

The role involves cost estimates, permits, and deliverables drawings across phases. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 2–6 years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit; strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2–6 years’ experience preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform system design, including calculations, equipment selection, layout, and drawing preparation.
• Develop and review project documents, specifications, and design options; ensure code compliance through meetings and reviews.
• Conduct site investigations and technical research to support design decisions.
• Coordinate with technicians and staff; assign tasks and checks work for accuracy.
• Apply standard engineering practices and software tools to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of relevant codes and design standards.
• Build and develop internal and external relationships.
