Responsibilities

• Prepare construction plans and specifications, cost estimates and obtain permits.
• Use drafting, engineering and survey equipment; operate CAD; prepare maps and GIS/CAD exhibits.
• Review developer plans for conformance with City standards and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor and inspect projects to ensure compliance; maintain project records.
