Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an A.B.E.T.-accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of California is required.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering tasks for roadway, water, and wastewater projects.
• Prepare design studies, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct plan checks and coordinate with contractors and agencies.
• Monitor project tasks for conformance to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Skills

5+ years of experience in roadway, water, wastewater, and/or stormwater design

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong understanding of construction management and inspection processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively

Education

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)

Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of California

Valid California Driver’s License
