Responsibilities

• Provide resident construction observation and ensure compliance with Public Works & Utilities standards and contract documents.
• Inspect all phases of Public Works construction and coordinate with utilities and city departments.
• Maintain files, reports, and notices of violations; conduct final walk-throughs and assist consulting engineers.
