• B.A./B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Urban Planning or Public Administration required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in government or government consulting.
• Experience with utility or local public government clients.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Update and review user fee programs and cost allocation methodologies to cover operating costs and comply with regulations.
• Create and analyze financial models for water, wastewater, natural gas, electric, and other utility clients.
• Conduct fiscal and economic impact analyses for new development and redevelopment projects.
• Analyze revenue-generation strategies and recommend enhancements.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining clear communication and satisfaction throughout projects.
• Manage multiple projects through proposals, contracts, delivery, and quality control.
