Holland Construction Services, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager – Public Utilities to lead planning, execution, and delivery of utility infrastructure projects, working with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness from start to close-out.

You will mentor the project team and foster strong client and subcontractor relationships. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 5+ years’ PM experience for a general

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience for a general contractor or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of utility infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Mentor project team and maintain positive relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Confer with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize work procedures.
• Prepare budgets, progress reports, and cost-tracking documentation.
• Oversee preconstruction efforts and coordinate project activities.
• Manage client relationships during and after projects to drive repeat business.
• Provide performance feedback and career development opportunities to team members.
