Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a drafting/construction certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in civil engineering or utility construction.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and city specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of water and sewer installations and test activities.
• Prepare sketches, notes, and drawings for crews and staff.
• Coordinate hydrostatic tests and backflow device installations.
• Liaise between administration and field crews; track materials.
• Maintain records and update the computer mapping system.
