Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Handle tax collection, distribution and reconciliation.
• Respond to phone calls and assist customers in person.
• Process tax payments, redemptions, and postings in the system.
• Balance daily receipts and prepare deposits.
• Prepare Certificates of Taxes Due and monthly billings.
• Learn Citysuite software and Mosca W/W collection responsibilities.
• Cross-train for foreclosure processing and Treasurer Deed processing.
• Provide general office support and assist supervisor as needed.
