Qualifications

• Foley Catheter Insertion experience; emotional intelligence a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sit with families through difficult conversations about prognosis, code status, and goals of care.
• Triage walk-in concerns by acuity and escalate to the on-call provider as needed.
• Deliver direct patient care in line with established protocols and care plans.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Navigate a busy Oakland ER with speed and accuracy.
